- Oreo Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Peanut Butter Layer:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Whipped Cream Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- Garnish:
- Mini Oreo cookies
- Additional peanut butter, melted
Instructions
- Crust: Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Peanut Butter Layer: Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Gradually add milk, spread half over crust, and chill.
- Chocolate Ganache: Melt chocolate with cream, pour over peanut butter layer, and chill.
- More Peanut Butter: Add remaining peanut butter mixture.
- Whipped Cream: Whip cream and sugar, spread over pie.
- Garnish: Decorate with mini Oreos and drizzled peanut butter.
